Grievance Policy

If there is an issue that arises and you wish to file a complaint, please follow the chain of command below:

  1. Private conversation held with the instructor at the end of the class.
  2. If the concern is still an issue, please submit a written complaint to the director by mail or email. You will receive a reply from the director within 7 days.

Our school administration staff is available to return calls and inquires on Fridays 9am-5pm. During all other business days we are with office patients and ask for students to email if you need immediate assistance.
